A great variety of Cybex, Hoist, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment. 65kg max dumbbells!Definitely an awesome Gym being Family Owned! Welcoming and Safe
No judgement, well maintained and the equipment is plentiful.
Being able to work out in a space like Sovereign Compound is encouraging, it makes it easy on the self esteem helps with motivation as well.

I train here early in the mornings and it’s exactly what I need — quiet, no waiting around for machines, and a solid range of equipment that’s always available. The place is well kept and has everything you need to get a full workout in without distractions.

.staff are always on site, if you have any queries

My overall experience here has and is amazing, I feel comfortable, nobody judges or comments on how much weight you "should" be lifting. Everyone is super friendly and inviting. I will keep coming back to this gym.

Love this gym! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality gym/environment. Always have mean workouts when I come in, easy as process never any hassles. Equipment is easy to use. Family/whanau friendly - staff are always present and available for a helping hand.
